\ Supercut \ é um projeto pessoal, em progresso, de Douglas Müller. São fotografias, na sua maioria, em ambientes externos, sob luz natural. Com intenção de fotografar as mesmas pessoas e mesmos lugares, em dias distintos, sob um outro olhar e sentimento, registrando o progredir do tempo e sua ação sobre a matéria.

\ Supercut \ is a personal project, under construction, from Douglas Müller. They are photos, mostly in outdoors, under the sun light. It's intention to photograph the same people and places, at differents days, over another feelings, marking the progression of time and it's action above the mater. A cut from reality.

A fotografia é unilateral, incapaz de, por si só, registrar a complexidade humana. Mas é luz capturada, em uma fração de segundos, que jamais se repetirá. A foto é apenas um belo recorte de um momento, de um ângulo. E é na sucessão de recortes que podemos vislumbrar uma identidade.

Photography is unilateral, unable to register the human complexity. But it is light from a few seconds, captured for the eternity. The photo is just a beautiful cut from a moment, from one angle. And in this sucessions of cuts where we can get a glimpse of an identity.
